What kinds of projects are you interested in?
- I’m especially drawn to picture books, early readers, and educational projects filled with expressive characters, warmth, humor, and emotional heart.
Do you write as well as illustrate?
- Yes! I develop my own picture-book stories as an author-illustrator, and I also write comics, articles, and monthly themed newsletters for my business, LitSteps.
Do you offer school visits?
- Yes. After nearly twenty years of teaching young children, I love talking with children about stories, characters, and how an idea grows into a book. Please email me with information about your school, location, age group, and to discuss my pricing.
How do you create your illustrations?
- I work digitally in Procreate and Photoshop, layering inked lines, color, pencil marks, and handmade textures to give my illustrations a warm, tactile finish.
